1. Press MENU. 2. Go to 3: TRUNK DATA. 3. Press SELECT. 4. Enter the bank for the system you want to program in. 5. You should now see TRUNK TYPE - press SELECT. 6. Roll down to 4:TYPE II UHF and press SELECT. 7. For BASE CONFIG 1, press SELECT and enter the base freq (ex: 406.0) and hit ENTER. 8. For SPACE FREQ. 1 enter the spacing (ex: 25) hit ENTER. 9. For OFFSET, leave it as is at CH380 - hit ENTER. 10. Press MAN to get out of the menu.Thats about it - if your base and spacing are right, it should go. UNLESS the system has more than one base freq - in which you would need to know the offset and spacing to set up BASE CONFIG 2. But probably not, since it is a MIL 400 MHz system.
