I've had mine off for about the last week as I'm trying to isolate an encrypted ID, per the manual's suggestion. From what I understand, if the Status Bit is ON, it will mask the ID and it will show up on a regular ID. Of course since I've had it this way, there has yet to be any encrypted transmissions. Not usually much anyways. |
