Not at all... Read page 35. "Press (down) when F1 is displayed or (up) when F15 is displayed." That cycles to "ALL FIPS". If you hit "E" then "ALL FIPS" is selected.

Sure can -- as soon as you enter a full FIPS into one of the F* slots the "ALL FIPS" is gone.

I can't find that in my manual -- what page? The only thing I see about clearing freq's is page 22, "Press 0 then press E"
