Firstly I'm not quite sure why you are so confrontational, but if you happen to be grumpy because your scanner is buggy, then complain to Uniden (you might have to drive to their headquarters to talk with someone). I'd further elucidate on the limit button's operation, but JP's post "Re: Why is there a LIMIT label? - JP 15:34:19 3/27/01" covers it well.
