I downloaded about 400 different frequencys into my 780. There are no known trunk systems in this area. The problem is my old Radio Shack 10 channel will pick up a transmission when this new uniden 780 wont alway pick it up, evan though the exact frequency is programmed in. I have set the delay on this particular channel to o delay and the squelch is set per operators guide book.The squelch mode is set to 1-csq. The 780 does work on this frequency but not always. Is something wrong with this scaner? any suggestions would be appreciated.
