I think you mean "17mAHr", which means 17 milliamps per hour. This is not
enough current to run the BC780XLT. Given the fact that the
AC adaptor that comes with the unit is rated at 13.8Vdc/700mA,
you would need a battery that could deliver at least 700mAHr. This is a substantial battery.
