Not all LCN's need to be populated. Try running ETRUNK for
at least a day or two to make sure you get all LCN's. Some
may be temporarily "offline" due to servicing etc. As for
LCN 0, I've never seen this before, but you can probably
ignore it since LCN's start at 1.Dave
