Personally, I agree with an earlier comment. WinScan 780 doesn't get much support after the sale. I had a question and Pozilla never got back to me at all. I am about ready to purchase TrunkStar780 because of what people have said here in this forum. I don't think WinScan is easier to use. For someone who is a beginner and not sure where to plug in let's say, trunking information, the software is not clear or helpful in knowing where this data should go or how it should be entered. Their "online" maual on the CD-ROM isn't very clear either. I personally think it was a "rush" job to get the product to market and not much thinking went into who it would be used by. I do agree a forum would be good on that idea or topic.
