When I use the wx button and listen to the NWS, the radio behaves nicely until I want to leave the weather and go back to scanning. I simply press the "scan" button and start my radio into the scanning mode. I goes along ok on the conventional freqs but when it come to the trunk banks, it will stop on the data channel. I notice that when I go to "wx" and then back to "scan", my radio looses it's "trunk" setting. When this happens, I just press the "trunk" button and all is again well with the world. My question is this...Am I doing it correctly? Or is there a correct way of getting out of "wx" and back to "scan" without loosing the "trunk" designation?Bill
