PL259/SO239 connectors are good to about 400Mhz. RG6/RG8 exhibits a good bit of loss at 800Mhz and above. You really should consider using either 9913 or LMR-400. LMR-400 has .7db of per 100ft at 800Mhz. If your talking 80 feet your money will be WELL RETURNED with LMR-400. It costs slightly more than 9913 but you will be pleased especially if your interest is in 800Mhz and above.

Also don't cheap out on connectors either. Go with either F type, or N Type with a minimal amount of adapters. Remember each connection/adapter could cause up to 1db or more loss of signal. Also keep in mind 3db is HALF Signal! This is definitely why you want THE BEST COAX you can afford for 800Mhz listening and above.
