I live in Massachusetts in C Troop and own a 780. I programmed all of the control channels into one bank and set it to the Control Channel Only Mode for Type II system using plan 2.It works very well. Make sure you program the frequencies by holding down the TRUNK button. In B troop you will only be able to pick up certain Troop B,C, and statewide talk groups.
