It could be that the control channel changes. I have the same problem with my local EDACS system. Sometimes the control channel shanges every 30 seconds. Unfortunately Uniden hasn't frigured out how to make tha radio hold on to the current talkgroup ID that you're listening to while it locks on to the new control channel. The best to do is to put the ID you want to listen to into a memory and only have that list active. Hope that helps. |
