i agree -- i recently moved into a near home -- was horrified when i found out two local trunk systems could not be recieved at all....and i live 3miles from one of the repeater networks! ..for 29.99 @ radio shack you can buy the "in-line signal amplifier" item 15-1170 .......now this is very important..they sell a variety of amplifiers in the tv/antennea section ...make sure you get item 15-1170 ...it is for cable tv,satellite dish,vcr,indoor-outdoor vhf/uh/fm antenneas --- it's easy to hook up, but you will have to buy some 'adaptors/connectors to match the bnc to coax/tv connection..look at the back of the box
