The only scientific study I've seen done on coaxial connenector losses, showed only a negligable loss for PL-259 compared to N at frequencies less than 10ghz. Concerning the cable routing, I would avoid looping the cable throught the elements as it can create undesired deadening and or reflection of the signal. |
