I would like some advice...I have a 780, but I need something mobile. Since Uniden hasn’t made a handheld 780 I’ve been looking for something with trunking ability. Feature wise is the Radio Shack PRO-92 similar to the 780?
For example; on the Pro-92 can you alpha tag each trunk id and/or channels?
Does the Pro-92 have the ability to scan conventional and trunk at the same time?
Sensitivity wise are they similar or is one better in the 150 MHZ & 800 MHz ranges?
Is the Pro-92 the best handheld available right now?
