Introduction
This page lists the contents of all user-submitted survey entries.
Entries are listed by dealer name. For each dealer the number of,
entries submitted and overall rating is displayed Click on the.
dealer name to display all entries for that dealer.
Ratings
Each user feedback entry provides information about a particular
dealer. By using this information we are able to rate each dealer
on a scale of 100.
1000 total points are allocated for the 'Overall experience' rank.
500 points are allocated for the 'Buy again?' rank
(Definitely=500, Probably=300, Probably Not=100, Definitely Not=0),
250 points are allocated for the 'Recommend to friend?' rank
(Definitely=250, Probably=150, Probably Not=50, Definitely Not=0),
and 25 points are allocated for each numerically rated question.
The final sum is then normalized to 100.
The rating numbers provided below for each dealer are the average
for that dealer (add together all scores for each feedback entry
then divide by the total number of entries for that dealer).
Obviously, the more entries that are submitted for a particular dealer
the more their rating will be indicative of how well that dealer has
been received by the hobbyist community. When choosing a prospective
dealer, this information will be invaluable for steering you away
from the undesirables and toward the gems!
