the past five years: PRO-26, Trident 100,
UBC3000, Commtel 216 and 510, and a Yupi
9000. I've ALWAYS received the order
promptly with zero problems, Johnathan has
been very responsive and timely with all
questions, and I cannot recommend Javiation
high enough. I only wish companies here in
the states ran a ham/scanner business this
well

Comments I had to return a defective cable and they
didn't offer to pay for the shipping (though
they did pay to ship the replacement). I'd
expected the dealer to pick up the shipping
cost for the defective cable. Generally very
knowledgable and friendly. For the most
part, I had a good experience, though there
was some difficulty getting a replacement
for a defective cable. (This may not have
been 100% Javiation's fault, the first
replacement cable they shipped never
arrived, a couple of weeks later they
shipped a replacement via DHL and it did
arrive as promised.)

England, as I do not live there. It was
replaced very quickly and without any

the purchase. Got Scout and AR8000 in Jan
'98. Returned both due to problems. After 7
months of inquiries about them, I asked for
a refund. Ordered 2 R2s in Oct '09. Both
returned for faulty IF alignment. After two
monhts, I asked for refund. Jonathan
promised refund back in April and still have
not got it as of July. Jonathan later gave
me a legitimate reasons for the long repair
times. Too bad it effects his business and
reputation which is otherwise very good
